Brusque Bocha Vale Tudo Men's Championship kicks off

The 2026 edition of the Campeonato Municipal de Bocha Vale Tudo Masculino began on Monday night in Brusque, featuring 16 teams split into two groups. Eight opening matches were played across various local courts, with Venzon/Açougue Bruns defeating Unidos da Limeira 2‑0 and several other home sides securing victories.

The tournament, named Troféu Norival Alexandre, honors the 79‑year‑old local bocha legend who has won four municipal titles and remains active with the Ipiranga Society. The competition will run through December, when the champions of the first and second divisions will be decided.
