Brusque parish prepares for Santa Teresinha festivities

The Santa Teresinha Parish in Brusque is organizing a special program to honor its patron saint. The 2026 festivities are scheduled to take place from September 25 to 27, featuring religious services, gastronomy, bingo, a Ferris wheel, and musical performances.

Prior to the main event, the community is conducting the Pilgrimage of Saint Thérèse of the Child Jesus. Starting September 9, an image of the saint travels through various parish communities for prayer and celebrations until September 24. The main festival begins on Friday with a Holy Mass and the traditional blessing of roses, followed by a bingo event and various food options including barbecue and sweets. Saturday includes a parish mass and live music by Alex Baron, while Sunday features a solemn mass and a festive lunch with musical performances by Edson & Geison.
