Bryan Adams announces new Canadian-themed album ‘How’s It Goin’’
Singer-songwriter Bryan Adams has announced his upcoming 12-song studio album, ‘How’s It Goin’’, which is set for release on November 6 via his own label, BAD Records. Adams describes the project as a “love letter” to his native Canada.
The album’s development was partially inspired by his work for the documentary series ‘Canada’s Wild Eastern Edge’. It features several notable tracks, including ‘The Ballad of Terry Fox’, a tribute to the Canadian distance runner, which will also be used in the documentary ‘Run Terry Run’.
Additionally, the album includes the protest single ‘51st State’, written in response to threats made by U.S. President Donald Trump regarding the annexation of Canada. The album is expected to blend country, folk, and rock elements.
