American biotech entrepreneur Bryan Johnson posted on X a detailed screenshot of his girlfriend Kate Tolo's vaginal microbiome test, awarding her a "100/100" score and claiming she ranked in the top 1% of the metric. The disclosure triggered strong criticism, with many calling Johnson’s behavior misogynistic and a violation of privacy. Tolo responded by reposting the screenshot and saying she could not be "more proud" of bringing a traditionally taboo topic into public view.

Tolo, an Australian‑Bosnian former fashion professional, is a co‑founder of the anti‑aging projects Blueprint, Immortals and Don’t Die, and partners with Johnson in his longevity mission. The couple met in 2021 at the brain‑computer company Kernel, have been dating for about three and a half years, and follow unconventional habits such as sleeping in separate beds to optimise their biological metrics. Tolo was the first woman to trial Johnson’s rigorous diet, supplement and exercise protocol, completing a 90‑day program tailored to female physiology.
