Bryan-Michael Cox Partners with Day26 for New Album Initiative

Award‑winning songwriter and producer Bryan‑Michael Cox has signed R&B group Day26 to his creative content company Illustrate New Ideas, reuniting the two after nearly two decades. Cox originally wrote and produced several tracks on Day26’s 2008 debut album and contributed to their 2009 follow‑up, establishing a long‑standing creative relationship.

The new partnership aims to produce fresh music for the group, with their forthcoming album set to be released through the relaunched Jive Records. Both parties said the deal builds on the trust and chemistry established during their early recordings and will reflect the group’s growth as artists and individuals. Cox continues to work with other major artists such as Mariah Carey, Kelly Rowland, Usher and Benny the Butch while steering Day26’s next chapter.
