Bryan Seaver faces legal battle with Dolly Parton's estate

Bryan Seaver, the nephew of the late country music icon Dolly Parton, is embroiled in a legal battle with her estate, managed by She’s Alive LLC. The estate has sought a temporary restraining order against Seaver and his company, Squadron Augmented Protection Services, alleging he made threats of violence and intended to destroy Parton’s business legacy.

Seaver recently filed a motion in a Tennessee court seeking a delay in hearings to secure legal counsel, stating he lacks the necessary skills to represent himself. Meanwhile, court filings from the estate claim Seaver has attempted to evade service of process by using barbed wire and no-trespassing signs at his residence.

The estate alleges that Seaver’s threatening behavior began prior to Parton’s death and continued afterward, targeting her personnel and business partners. In legal documents, the estate claims Seaver vowed to ‘destroy the entire brand’ and made claims regarding his background as an arms dealer and mercenary.
