Bryan Zaragoza joins Espanyol on loan from Bayern Munich

RCD Espanyol has officially announced the signing of winger Bryan Zaragoza on loan from FC Bayern Munich for the 2026/27 season. The deal includes an option to purchase the 24-year-old player, with reports suggesting a buyout clause of approximately eight million euros.

Zaragoza, a former Granada player and Spanish international, returns to La Liga after a period in Germany where he struggled to secure regular playing time. During his tenure at Bayern, he was sent on several loan spells to clubs including Osasuna, Celta Vigo, and AS Roma.

The move is seen as a strategic reinforcement for Espanyol's attacking lineup, orchestrated by sporting director Monchi and manager Manolo González. Zaragoza has successfully completed his medical examination at Clínica Corachán and is expected to provide depth and creativity to the squad.
