Bryant Moreland arrested on felony sex crime charges

Internet personality Bryant Moreland, known as EDP445, was arrested in Las Vegas, Nevada, on November 4, 2026. The arrest was conducted with assistance from the Las Vegas Police Department following a warrant issued by the Kern County District Attorney's Office.

Moreland faces several felony charges, including attempt to commit lewd acts upon a child, meeting a minor for lewd purposes, contacting a minor with intent to commit a sexual offense, and distributing pornography to a minor. The charges stem from an alleged incident involving a child under 14 years old that occurred on April 17, 2021.

Authorities reopened the investigation following statements made by Moreland in the documentary, ‘The Sick Mind of EDP445’. While initial investigations in 2021 and 2022 faced challenges due to a lack of cooperation from reporting parties, the District Attorney's Office determined that the evidentiary threshold for criminal charges had been met after reviewing new evidence. Moreland is expected to be extradited to Kern County, California, for an arraignment hearing.
