BSNL offers budget prepaid plans in India

State-owned telecom operator BSNL is offering competitive prepaid recharge plans in India as private competitors like Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel, and Vodafone Idea have increased their pricing.

One highlighted offer includes a ₹51 plan providing 2GB of high-speed data daily for 28 days, unlimited local and STD calling, and 100 free SMS per day. Once the daily data limit is reached, speeds reduce to 40 Kbps.

Another option is a ₹197 plan that offers 35 days of validity, 300 minutes of voice calling, and 100 SMS. While this plan provides unlimited data, high-speed usage is subject to limits, after which speeds drop to 40 Kbps. These offerings aim to provide longer validity and lower costs compared to similar plans from private providers.
