Bàsquet Menorca strengthens roster with Hansel Atienza and Pol Figueras

Bàsquet Menorca is finalizing its roster for the upcoming Primera FEB season. The club has secured Colombian international Hansel Atienza to serve as a primary point guard. Atienza, known for his scoring and playmaking abilities, joins the team to bolster the perimeter alongside Catalan player Pol Figueras.

Figueras has successfully returned to competitive play following a severe right knee ligament injury sustained in November. After a ten-month recovery period, he recently participated in competition against Fibwi Mallorca and Palmer Basket. Figueras is expected to lead the team's backcourt together with Atienza.

The team, led by coach Javier Zamora, is completing its preseason preparations with upcoming matches against Ciutadella and Es Castell before the official season begins on the 26th in Cantabria.
