BTS announces new album ‘ARIRANG’ and world tour

South Korean K-pop group BTS has announced their return following a nearly four-year hiatus. The group, consisting of members RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook, will release a new album titled ‘ARIRANG’. This marks their first studio album with original songs since 2020.

The album features 14 tracks developed by the members, drawing on themes of longing, hope, and reunion. The title ‘ARIRANG’ references a traditional Korean folk song.

In conjunction with the album, BTS will embark on a world tour that includes stops in Brazil and Chile. For the Chilean leg of the tour, scheduled for October 14, 16, and 17 at the Estadio Nacional in Santiago, Chilean DJ and producer Kata Schwarz has been announced as an opening artist.
