BTS, Cortis, and Katseye have received additional nominations for the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards. All three acts were recently added to the Best Group category.
BTS now holds three nominations, including Song of the Year and Best K-pop for the track ‘Swim’ from their album ‘Arirang’. The group’s album has maintained a presence on global charts, including a 26-week run on the UK Official Albums Chart. Additionally, BTS is scheduled to perform at the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas.
Cortis, a five-member boy group from Big Hit Music, has also expanded to three nominations after being named in the Best Group category alongside previous nods for Best New Artist and Best K-pop. Katseye has secured a total of four nominations ahead of the ceremony scheduled for September 27 in Los Angeles.
