BTS earns $102.5 million in July with ‘ARIRANG’ world tour
BTS has achieved significant commercial success with their ‘ARIRANG’ world tour, ranking second on Billboard’s ‘Top Tour’ chart for July. The group generated $102.5 million in revenue during the month, trailing only The Weeknd, who earned $124.4 million. Notably, BTS achieved this figure with eight performances, whereas The Weeknd performed 16 times.
Billboard noted that BTS is only the third artist, following Beyoncé and Bad Bunny, to surpass $100 million in monthly revenue across multiple months. All of the group's July concert locations—including Paris, London, Munich, and Brussels—ranked within the top 10 of the ‘Top Boxscore’ chart. In Paris alone, the group drew 185,000 spectators, generating $30.6 million in ticket sales.
As of August 11, the tour has grossed $433.2 million from 38 shows and 2.3 million tickets sold. This surpasses the group's previous record set during the ‘LOVE YOURSELF’ tour, which earned $213.9 million. The tour is scheduled to continue through the first half of next year.
