BTS Latin American tour continues amid Santiago mudslide concerns

South Korean group BTS is currently conducting their ‘ARIRANG’ world tour across Latin America. Following successful performances in Bogotá, Colombia, at the Nemesio Camacho El Campín stadium, which drew over 100,000 attendees, the tour has moved through Peru and is scheduled to continue through Chile, Argentina, and Brazil.

In Santiago, Chile, recent mudslides in the San Carlos de Apoquindo area of Las Condes have raised concerns regarding the upcoming concerts at the Estadio Nacional Julio Martínez Prádanos, scheduled for October 14, 16, and 17. However, the stadium is located approximately 12 kilometers from the affected zone and is not within the municipalities currently under a Red Alert for mass movement risks. While the venue itself is not in the immediate danger zone, officials note that prolonged heavy rains could potentially impact logistics, public transportation, and production movement.
