BTS vocalist Kim “V” Tae-hyung has achieved Master rank in the solo queue of League of Legends on the highly competitive Korean server. The milestone was discovered by fans on August 6, 2026, via an Instagram Story posted by the singer in relation to a Grammy announcement.

Achieving Master rank at 1 LP places V within the top 1.5% of players on the Korean server. His progress has been a multi-year endeavor; he was previously documented at Diamond 4 in October 2023 and Diamond 2 in June 2026. The final ascent from Diamond 2 to Master required 184 games.

V accomplished this rank climb while simultaneously participating in the group's “Arirang World Tour,” managing the gaming progression alongside the demands of international rehearsals, travel, and performances.
