Bualuang Asset Management (BBLAM) has successfully completed the transfer of mutual fund, provident fund, and private fund management businesses from Bangkok Capital Asset Management (BCAP). The transfer, finalized on July 20, 2026, follows BBLAM’s acquisition of BCAP shares last year.
Following the integration, BBLAM’s total Assets Under Management (AUM) reached 1,017,176 million baht as of the end of July 2026. The merger aims to combine resources and expertise to expand investment product offerings, including fixed income, equity, ETFs, alternative assets, and private assets.
