Buan County to host Nujeong Concert at Naesosa Temple

Buan County will host the 2026 Nujeong Concert - Buan Edition on the 17th at 3:00 PM at the Bongraeru pavilion of Naesosa Temple. The event is organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Traditional Performing Arts Promotion Foundation, in collaboration with Buan County and Naesosa Temple.

The concert aims to showcase the beauty of traditional performing arts within the historical and natural setting of the temple's pavilion. The program features various performances, including folk music and dance by the group Yulma, a pansori performance by master Park Seon-ok accompanied by percussionist Lee Yong-woo, and modern reinterpretations of traditional folk songs by the youth gugak group Theneum Gongjakso.

In connection with the temple stay program, a meditation concert will also be held at 7:00 PM for participants, featuring tea and traditional music to provide relaxation. While the main afternoon performance is free and open to the public, the evening meditation session requires registration through the Naesosa Temple stay website.
