BUAP and Quintana Roo inaugurate new educational infrastructure

The Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla (BUAP) and the government of Quintana Roo have inaugurated new educational facilities to expand academic access in their respective regions.

In Puebla, BUAP Rector Lilia Cedillo Ramírez inaugurated a new building for the Bachillerato Tecnológico Agropecuario in Zacapoaxtla. The two-story facility, covering over 1,000 square meters, includes six classrooms and two laboratories, serving approximately 200 students. Additionally, the university opened the TEZ4 building at the Teziutlán Preparatory school, which provides nine equipped classrooms for 300 students, specifically focusing on English and computer science laboratories.

In Quintana Roo, Governor Mara Lezama Espinosa delivered the first stage of the CBTIS 301 'Consuelo Zavala Castillo' in Benito Juárez, Cancún. The three-level facility includes 12 classrooms, administrative offices, a computer lab, and technical workshops. The project is designed to accommodate 869 students and address the high demand for upper secondary education in the region.
