Buca Municipality Launches Intensive Summer Cleaning Drive Across 47 Neighborhoods

Buca Municipality in İzmir has begun an intensive summer sanitation campaign covering all 47 neighbourhoods. Deputy Mayor Hüseyin Benzer said the effort aims to keep the district clean and healthy during the hot months.

Teams are sweeping and washing streets, mowing parks and green areas, and disinfecting trash containers with special solutions to prevent odors and insects. Playgrounds are also being thoroughly cleaned to ensure safe use for children. The cleaning operations will continue without interruption throughout the summer.
