Buca Municipality offers culinary courses to boost employment

Buca Municipality, in collaboration with the Buca Public Education Center, is conducting culinary training courses at the Türkan Saylan Contemporary Life Center to support vocational development and employment.

Participants undergo three months of practical training in a fully equipped kitchen, learning both basic and advanced cooking techniques under expert instructors. Upon completion, students receive certificates that facilitate entry into the workforce or the opening of private businesses. Some participants have successfully transitioned from hobbyists to professional roles, such as assistant cooks, while others use the skills to enhance their knowledge of Turkish cuisine.
