Budapest minibus collision causes vehicle to flip in I. District

A serious vehicle collision occurred on Saturday, September 12, at the intersection of Fő utca and Csalogány utca in Budapest's I. District, near the Bem embankment.

A passenger car and a minibus collided, causing the minibus to fly approximately ten meters through the air and roll several times before landing on its side. The crash also involved a third vehicle, a parked car.

Emergency services, including dozens of firefighters and police officers, responded to the scene. Three individuals sustained minor injuries and were transported to the hospital. Authorities have closed the intersection for technical recovery and are investigating the circumstances of the accident.
