Budimex opens autumn apprenticeship for construction students

Budimex has started recruitment for the autumn edition of its vocational apprenticeship program, aimed at students from technical and vocational schools studying construction and related fields. After a spring‑summer edition that placed 66 pupils on projects, the new round will be offered at dozens of sites across Poland, allowing participants to work on express and national road construction, railway lines and building projects.

The programme includes on‑site training, webinars, networking opportunities, competitions and the chance to continue with paid internships and eventual employment within the Budimex Group. The company now cooperates with 57 vocational schools nationwide. Anna Karyś‑Sosińska, a member of the Budimex board, said the goal is to demonstrate that construction is a modern, innovative sector and to build long‑term relationships with future professionals.
