Budíkovice women's team wins Czech firefighting sports championship

The women's team from the Budíkovice Volunteer Firefighter Corps (SDH Budíkovice) won the Czech Republic Championship in firefighting sports. The competition, held in Hradec Králové from September 4 to 6, featured over 460 top athletes from both professional and volunteer sectors.

The Budíkovice team, which functioned as a regional “dream team” composed of elite athletes from the surrounding area, overcame a difficult start. After struggling in the initial 100-meter obstacle run and falling to the bottom of the rankings, the team recovered through strong mental resilience and sprinting to secure the overall championship title.
