Budva police identify minors for extremist graffiti at school

Police in Budva have identified three 15-year-olds suspected of spray-painting extremist symbols and inscriptions on the building of the Second Primary School. The graffiti included the phrase ‘Beli front’, the number ‘1101’, and a ‘swastika-like cross’.

Authorities are currently investigating the motive and context behind the inscriptions. Following the incident, one of the minors reportedly threatened his parents against taking legal action. On the order of the state prosecutor, the teenager involved in the threats has been temporarily placed in a juvenile education and training center.

Officers from the Budva Security Department inspected the site on September 11, documenting the black spray-painted symbols on the school walls and sidewalk. The Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Kotor has been notified and is overseeing the ongoing investigation.
