Budva Port hosts record-breaking 23-vessel regatta

The Port of Budva achieved a historical milestone with the simultaneous arrival of 23 vessels—comprising 18 sailboats and 5 catamarans—during a regatta organized by the Flow Yacht Agent agency.

Dijana Mandić, representing Montenegro's Public Enterprise for Coastal Zone Management, stated that this is the largest number of vessels ever recorded entering the port for a single organized regatta. The event is viewed as a strategic success for the local economy and the promotion of Budva as a year-round maritime destination.

Officials noted that such events are central to the goal of extending the nautical tourism season beyond the peak summer months, positioning the port as a key Mediterranean stop for yachting agents, charter companies, and regatta organizers.
