In Palermo Soho, BENS L’Hôtel Palermo has opened as a boutique hotel located at El Salvador 4916. The establishment features 23 unique rooms designed for rest, an internal garden, and an outdoor pool available during summer. The hotel aims to provide a quiet atmosphere near Plaza Serrano, offering amenities such as a terrace and breakfast service.

In Almagro, the historic Bar Río at Sarmiento 4699 has reopened under new management. While maintaining its identity as a neighborhood café, the venue has expanded its offerings to include a 'bodegón' style menu. New dishes include lentil stew, matambre a la leche, steak with fries, homemade pasta, and milanesas. The establishment maintains accessible pricing and extended hours to serve local residents.
