Buenos Aires launches “Que se vea” contest against child labor

The second edition of the “Que se vea” contest has opened in the province of Buenos Aires, inviting university students to create communication campaigns to address child and adolescent labor. Organized by the Ministry of Labor, the Provincial Commission for the Prevention and Eradication of Child Labor (COPRETI), and the Ministry of Public Communication, the initiative aims to challenge the social normalization of child labor through creative media.

The competition is open to students in fields such as journalism, communication, design, advertising, and content production. Participating teams, consisting of two to four members, must develop an original 360-degree communication campaign. Registration is open until August 31, with project submissions due by September 14.

A jury will select five finalists to defend their campaigns in person. The winning team will receive a computer for each member to support their professional development.
