Argentina implements diverse educational and vocational programs

Various educational initiatives are being implemented across Argentina to support students in their academic and professional transitions.

In Buenos Aires, the PROYECTA PBA program allows secondary students to gain vocational training and certifications in fields such as electricity, welding, and 3D animation before graduation. Additionally, the province is promoting microcredentials to link university learning with the labor market, backed by a $210 million investment.

In Río Negro, the “Proyectá tu Futuro” event in Viedma provides vocational guidance for high school seniors through various educational institutions. Similarly, General Pico is hosting “Rumbo al Secu” to assist 6th-grade students transitioning to secondary school.

Other regional developments include Chubut’s plan to conduct census evaluations in mathematics and literacy for 3rd-year secondary students, and Córdoba’s launch of a remote mathematics training program for teachers. In Santa Fe, AMSAFE is hosting an academic update to discuss the future of secondary education, while inclusive education workshops are being held in Río Gallegos to support students with diverse needs.
