Buenos Aires Minister meets real estate professionals in Chacabuco

Representatives from the Colegio de Martilleros y Corredores Públicos de Junín and the Chacabuco Martilleros Center met with Carlos Bianco, the Minister of Government for the Province of Buenos Aires, in Chacabuco. The meeting addressed several regional issues, including the new urban zoning code for Chacabuco, police scientific services, and the registration of cadastral certificates.

A formal agreement was signed to implement the Urban Planning Code for Chacabuco, with real estate professionals providing advisory support. During the meeting, Daniel Di Palma, president of the Junín college, expressed concerns regarding proposed national deregulation of the real estate brokerage sector. He noted that these professional colleges act as delegates of the State and represent public interest institutions.
