Buenos Aires properties from vacant inheritances to be auctioned

Banco Ciudad will host an online auction on October 9 for five properties located in the Buenos Aires neighborhoods of Constitución, Balvanera, and Caballito. These assets are part of vacant inheritances managed by the Procuración General de la Ciudad.

The auction includes various types of real estate, such as apartments and land, with starting bids ranging from approximately US$36,850 to over US$435,000. Specific lots include a large plot of land in Constitución, apartments in Balvanera, and a unit in Caballito.

All proceeds from the sale will be allocated to the Fondo Educativo Permanente (Permanent Educational Fund). The auction will be conducted through the Banco Ciudad online auction portal.
