Buenos Aires Province launches new municipal and intercity bus services

Provincial Transport Minister Martín Marinucci visited Chacabuco to advance a municipal bus line that will link neighborhoods, localities and productive zones. During the visit he handed over 30 helmets and 30 bicycles to support road safety and sustainable mobility.

The Buenos Aires provincial government also approved two new intercity bus routes, lines 248 C and 351, to be operated by Plusmar. Line 248 C will run from La Plata through San Vicente, Cañuelas, Lobos, Roque Pérez and Chivilcoy to Bragado and Los Toldos, while line 351 will connect La Plata with Luján, Mercedes, Chacabuco, Junín, Lincoln, General Pinto and General Villegas. Both services are slated to start before the end of the year with at least one daily trip in each direction, aiming to improve connectivity for students, workers, patients and tourists across the province.
