Buffalo 66 to have final Japanese theatrical screenings

The film ‘Buffalo 66’, directed by and starring Vincent Gallo, will have its final screening in Japan starting September 11, 2026. The one-week limited engagement will take place at five theaters across Japan, including White Cine Quinto in Shibuya, Sapporo Cinema Frontier, Midland Square Cinema, MOVIX Kyoto, and Ion Cinema Theaters Shinsaibashi.

This final screening is part of a collaboration with the label ‘10Culture’ by ADAM ET ROPÉ to celebrate the release of themed merchandise. Because Japanese screening rights for the film are set to expire in September 2026, this event marks the last opportunity for domestic theatrical viewing. Limited edition collaboration items, including T-shirts, shirts, and bags, will be available at participating theaters and the Filmarks Store.
