Buffalo Bills address stadium design complaints and Kim Pegula appearance

The Buffalo Bills are working to address operational and design concerns at the new $2.2 billion Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York. Following a recent public practice, fans expressed significant dissatisfaction on social media regarding obstructed views. Complaints highlighted that lower-bowl seats, including those near midfield, have sightlines blocked by paneling, stair railings, and glass barriers. Some ticket holders claimed that virtual stadium previews used during the personal seat license (PSL) sales process did not accurately reflect these real-life obstructions.

A team spokesperson stated that the organization will use the six weeks remaining before the NFL season begins to ‘refine any details’ and address both internal and external feedback.

Amid the stadium controversy, Bills co-owner Kim Pegula made a rare public appearance at the new facility. Pegula, who has had limited public visibility since suffering a cardiac arrest and brain injury in 2022, joined her husband Terry Pegula and their son on the field for family photos during the practice session.
