Bugatti announces $650-million luxury residential tower in Miami

Bugatti is expanding into the American luxury real estate market with the announcement of Bugatti Residences Miami. The project, a 60-story tower located on the Miami River in the Brickell financial district, is expected to be launched in mid-September 2026.

Developed by the Miami-based Prosper Group and the Belgian Versluys Group, the project represents an estimated total investment of approximately $650 million. The development includes 183 ultra-luxury residences, featuring four penthouses at the top and over 300 feet of waterfront frontage.

The architectural design aims to translate the brand’s hypercar aesthetic into a residential environment, incorporating signature elements such as the Bugatti ‘C-line’. This marks the brand’s first residential venture in the United States and only the second globally, following a similar project in Dubai.
