Bugatti announces $650 million luxury residential tower in Miami

Bugatti is expanding its international real estate footprint with its first residential project in the United States: Bugatti Residences Miami. The luxury development is a 60-story tower located in the Brickell area along the Miami River, offering direct access to Biscayne Bay.

The project, valued at approximately $650 million, will feature between 160 and 183 residences, including four large penthouses. This move follows the brand's previous residential venture in Dubai and aligns with a growing trend of luxury automotive brands entering the high-end property market in Miami.

The development is a collaborative international effort involving the American Prosper Group and the Belgian Versluys Group. Rhodium will serve as the exclusive global operational partner for the brand's residences. Architectural design is being handled by Brandon Haw, while interior design is led by the studio Yabu Pushelberg.
