Bugatti announces luxury residential tower in Miami
Bugatti is expanding into the United States luxury real estate market with Bugatti Residences Miami, its first branded residential project in the country. The 60-story tower will be located in the Brickell neighborhood on a waterfront site along the Miami River with access to Biscayne Bay.
Developed in partnership with the Prosper Group and Belgium-based Versluys Group, the project is expected to feature 183 residences, including four signature penthouses. The development is designed around the brand’s “Art, Forme, Technique” philosophy, with architecture by Brandon Haw Architecture and interiors by Yabu Pushelberg.
While individual unit pricing has not been officially confirmed, the total value of the tower is estimated at approximately $650 million. Sales for the project are scheduled to launch in the first half of 2027. The project joins other automotive-branded luxury towers in the Miami area, such as those by Pagani and Aston Martin.
