Bui Ba Hien, CEO of Box Vietnam, wanted for copyright infringement
The Bac Ninh Provincial Police Investigation Agency has issued a wanted notice for Bui Ba Hien, the CEO of Box Vietnam Joint Stock Company. Hien, born in 1990 and residing in Hanoi, is accused of infringing upon copyright and related rights under Clause 2, Article 225 of the Penal Code.
Authorities stated that Hien has fled from his place of residence. He was previously prosecuted by the Bac Ninh police on July 24 regarding these allegations.
Box Vietnam is a company operating in marketing, media, digital content, and eSports. The firm notably held the broadcasting rights for the League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK) in Vietnam starting in June 2021.
