Bui Viet Phuong completes PSO MBA management program

Bui Viet Phuong, a professional at DAT Group, has completed the PSO MBA program, a management training model that combines Western Sydney University’s MBA curriculum with practical courses from the PSO Institute.

During the two-year program, Phuong balanced full-time employment with intensive studies, often working until 1:00 AM to manage assignments, group discussions, and projects. He noted that the journey required strict time management and significant sacrifices regarding personal time and family commitments.

Previously experienced in marketing and sales, Phuong sought the program to address challenges in human resource management after being tasked with leading a team of 17 personnel. The program aimed to provide him with leadership, strategic, and operational skills to transition from a technical specialist to an executive role.
