BuildSpace launches industrial and logistics platform

BuildSpace Development Management Pvt. Ltd. has launched an integrated industrial and logistics infrastructure platform. The company announced a development pipeline exceeding 3 million square feet across four projects, with an estimated project value of approximately Rs 6,000 million (Rs 600 crore). Additionally, the firm holds over 165 acres of land under mandate, valued at roughly Rs 5,000 million.

The company’s initial focus is the Sahakar Logistics Park in Bhiwandi, a 42-acre Grade-A development providing approximately 1.3 million square feet of chargeable potential. This project is currently under construction and is being marketed for leasing and built-to-suit requirements.

Headquartered in Navi Mumbai, BuildSpace aims to address sector fragmentation through three verticals: BuildINFRA, BuildVALUE, and BuildWEALTH. The firm is targeting industrial corridors in Maharashtra, including Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Ranjangaon, Nashik, and Nagpur, while also evaluating growth markets such as Dholera and Guwahati.
