Buildspi Academy, operated by Persol Innovation Co., Ltd., has released a case study detailing how a food manufacturing company utilized AI agents to drive organizational transformation. The program aimed to move generative AI usage from individual tasks to broader organizational improvements.

Through a specialized training program involving 32 participants, the company focused on identifying specific business challenges, designing AI solutions, developing prototypes, and conducting Proof of Concept (PoC) testing. Rather than focusing solely on the technical creation of AI, the initiative emphasized the ability to determine which tasks are best suited for AI automation and how to integrate these tools into existing workflows.

The program participants produced several key outputs, including business load lists, optimized workflow designs, AI agent prototypes, and deployment roadmaps to ensure the technology leads to sustained operational improvements.
