Bujari, Acre launches hiring drive for education staff with salaries up to R$3,000

The municipality of Bujari in Brazil's Acre state announced a simplified selection process (Edital 001/2026) to create a reserve list for temporary education contracts. The call covers three higher‑education positions: Libras‑interpreter teachers (R$2,900 salary, 25 h/week, urban area), psychopedagogues (R$3,000 salary, 40 h/week, urban area) and pedagogue/EJA teachers (R$2,900 salary, 25 h/week, rural area). Contracts start for 12 months and may be renewed for an equal period.

Applications are free and must be submitted online between 09:00 May 11 and 09:00 May 13 2026. Candidates are evaluated solely on curriculum analysis, with up to 100 points awarded (60 for academic qualifications, up to 40 for professional experience). The process reserves 5 % of slots for people with disabilities, who must provide a medical report. Preliminary results are scheduled for 1 June, with final results expected on 10 June. Successful candidates are placed on a reserve list and may be called upon as municipal school needs arise.
