Buk launches AI panel and burnout study at Brazil's CONARH HR conference

HR‑tech company Buk made its first appearance at the CONARH conference in São Paulo, Brazil, held from 18 to 20 August. The firm hosted a panel on artificial intelligence on 20 August at 16:10, featuring CEO Jaime Arrieta, Country Manager Christian Brech, and Caio Infante, CEO of Experience Beyond Business.

During the event Buk unveiled a proprietary burnout study conducted with 5,760 employees from Peru, Chile, Colombia and Mexico, and introduced a new electronic time‑clock module that integrates with its payroll system. Buk now serves more than 11 000 clients across Latin America, covering 2.2 million workers, and reports annual recurring revenue exceeding US$ 100 million.
