Bulgaria and Italy expand tourism and education partnership
Bulgaria and Italy are strengthening their partnership in professional education, tourism, and hospitality. This collaboration is driven by a joint initiative between FederComTur Est Europa (FCTEE), the De Filippi Institute in Varese, and Hilton Sofia.
The program has enabled Italian students to gain international professional experience through internships located in Bulgaria. This project serves as a bridge for the exchange of knowledge and skills, aiming to facilitate the integration of young people into the European labor market.
On October 24, 2026, FCTEE will host the 'Future Destination' conference in Castiglione Olona, Italy. The event will present the results of the initial internship programs and discuss opportunities for expanding the initiative. The conference is expected to include various institutional representatives and experts in education and tourism.
