Bulgaria implements road restrictions for International Tour of Bulgaria
The 73rd International Tour of Bulgaria is taking place from August 29 to September 2, resulting in phased traffic restrictions across several regions, including Burgas, Yambol, Sliven, Stara Zagora, Plovdiv, and Lovech.
Road closures will affect various first, second, and third-class roads. Traffic management will be implemented immediately before the cycling column passes through specific sections. Emergency vehicles, such as ambulances and fire trucks, will maintain unobstructed access in restricted zones.
The race schedule includes several stages: - August 29: Primorsko to Burgas (125.2 km). - August 30: Burgas to Sliven (105.5 km). - August 31: Sliven to Pavel Banya (106.2 km). - September 1: Pavel Banya to Troyan (104.7 km).
