Bulgaria NSSI announces October pension and benefit schedule

The National Social Security Institute (NSSI) has announced the payment schedule for October in Bulgaria, covering pensions, maternity benefits, and unemployment compensation.

Maternity, childbirth, and childcare benefits (for children up to 2 years old), as well as adoption benefits (for children up to 5 years old) for the month of September, will be paid on October 6. These payments are made within the regulatory timeframe of up to five working days following the end of the relevant month.

Pensions will be distributed starting October 7. For those receiving payments via bank transfer, funds will be credited on October 7. For those collecting through post offices, payments will occur between October 7 and October 20, according to specific schedules posted at individual stations.

Unemployment benefits for the month are scheduled to be paid on October 15.
