Bulgaria repeat offender re‑detained after vehicle theft and assaults

A person was arrested for stealing a van, causing several traffic accidents and injuring three pedestrians. Two days later the individual was back on the streets and was detained again while attempting to steal another vehicle and assaulting two municipal police officers, who sustained injuries during the intervention.
