Bulgarian Football Union names referees for 2026/27 First League opener

The referee committee of the Bulgarian Football Union released the officiating roster for the first round of the 2026/27 efbet Liga season. Georgi Kabakov, reinstated after a suspension, will referee the Botev Vratsa – Cherno More match. Radislav Gidjenov is slated for the capital derby between Slavia and CSKA. Other appointments include Lyuboslav Lyubomirov for Spartak Varna vs. CSKA 1948, Kristiyan Kolev for Levski vs. Dunav Ruse, and several assistants and fourth officials for each fixture. The BFU noted it retains the right to adjust assignments if necessary.
