Bulgarian Olympic Committee signs three-year funding deal

The Bulgarian Olympic Committee (BOC) and the Bulgarian Sports Totalizator (BST) have signed a three-year cooperation agreement covering the 2026–2028 period. This marks the first long-term partnership between the two entities.

The agreement aims to support the Olympic movement and facilitate preparations for the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles. According to Minister of Youth and Sports Encho Keryazov, the partnership is intended to ensure better management and oversight of public funds, providing financial stability for athletes during the upcoming Olympic cycle.

Financial support from the BST will fund various BOC initiatives, including national Olympic festivals, activities of the National Olympic Academy, training and seminars for young athletes and coaches, and the participation of Bulgarian delegations in international sports forums.
