Hristo Stoichkov to develop residential complex in Plovdiv

Bulgarian football legend Hristo Stoichkov is developing a new residential complex near his hometown of Plovdiv. The project, titled ‘8 by Hristo Stoichkov’, is designed to reflect his iconic number 8 jersey.

The 74,000 square meter development, located on Peshpersko Shose Boulevard, will feature low-rise residential buildings of three to four stories. The architectural layout is designed so that the complex forms the shape of the number 8 when viewed from above.

Planned amenities include parks, a lake, a kindergarten, sports facilities, and a central square with a football-themed motif. The project aims to provide a park-like living environment, dedicating over 45,000 square meters to green spaces, including gardens, walking alleys, and an amphitheater.
