Bulgarian restaurants join CMB Experience Certified network

Two Bulgarian restaurants, EDEN in Plovdiv and ADOR in Sofia, have become the first in the country to join the CMB Experience Certified international network. This certification, established by the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, recognizes restaurants and wine bars that maintain high standards of wine selection and professional service.

To qualify, an establishment must feature at least five wines awarded by the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles. Both restaurants significantly exceeded this requirement: EDEN features 22 award-winning wines within a list of over 150 labels, while ADOR includes 26 award-winning selections alongside premium international labels and champagnes.

EDEN, led by Chef Valentin Dimitrov, was also recently named ‘Restaurant of the Year’ for 2026 at the Bulgarian Tourism Awards. ADOR, located in the InterContinental Sofia, holds several international accolades, including multiple World Luxury Restaurant Awards for its cuisine.
